and Business Coach are both Authorised Licenced Facilitators
with the International School of Coaching (TISOC) www.managerasinspiringleader.com.
Educar
Coaching has now acquired the Irish Licence for this programme.
The number of delegates in each programme is restricted to
a maximum of eight to optimise the interactive learning and
also to facilitate the pairs who are practicing the coaching
skills.

Module
1. A two day programme including all programme materials,
lunch and coffee breaks.
Module
2. Consists of a one to one follow up coaching session two
weeks after the initial programme with either Joe O'Connor
or Anne Corcoran of Educar Coaching.
Module
3. Consists of a one to one follow up coaching session four
weeks after the initial programme with either Joe O' Connor
or Anne Corcoran of Educar Coaching.
Module
4. Consists of a one to one follow up coaching session six
weeks after the initial programme with either Joe O' Connor
or Anne Corcoran of Educar Coaching.
The follow-up
modules are an integral part of this programme as they provide
you with vital support and assistance as you personalise,
consolidate and integrate the new skills that you acquired
on Module 1 of the programme.
