This programme provides an opportunity for individuals to reach a higher level of competence where they can incorporate Coaching into their existing role or work independently as a Coach. It consists of 20 contact days for the weekend programme or the equivalent hours for the Tuesday evening option. Commencing October 2011 Joe O’ Connor of Educar Coaching will offer the programme at The River Lee Hotel in Cork on behalf of The Coach Institute of Ireland; the longest established Professional Coach Training Organisation in Ireland. The Coach Institute of Ireland Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching was the first Coach Training in Ireland to be recognised by the prestigious Association for Coaching, and the Programme operates to the Code of Ethics and Good Practice of this Association. The Programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
