This very
popular programme is for Managers and Leaders who would like
to incorporate Coaching skills into their work in a rapid,
practical and very powerful manner. We work with groups of
four or eight participants with a trainer: participant ratio
of 1:4 to ensure maximum support during this two day programme
which is highly experiential. The programme also includes
three individual follow-up Coaching sessions that provide
the vital support and assistance as participants personalise,
consolidate and integrate the new skills

Advanced
Coaching Skills for Managers |
| |
This
Programme builds on our highly successful "Coaching Skills
for Managers" Programme and it has been developed in response
to demand from previous participants on this programme. It develops
the initial Coaching Skills and adds further skills such as,
Coaching Presence, Creating Awareness and Designing Actions.
It facilitates and supports participants in driving the Coaching
culture deep into their organisations. The programme also investigates
key Leadership Principles that are essential for coaching to
have a positive, powerful and sustainable impact on the organisational
culture. It includes three one to one follow-up sessions with
an Educar Executive Coach to support and challenge participants
on this exciting journey. |

Leadership
Through Emotional Intelligence |
| |
Emotional
Intelligence has been found to be highly predictive of professional
and leadership performance. Our programme organises 15 leadership
competencies into 7 higher order dimensions with our unique
"Leadership Competency Framework. Participants complete
their own Emotional Intelligence report to assist them become
more aware of their emotional and social competencies and improves
their leadership effectiveness. Participants work on one to
one basis with an Educar Executive Coach developing the new
framework for focusing on potential development opportunities,
offering new insights and strategies for moving forward and
honing Leadership qualities. |

for Students |

Using
a two tiered approach of Career Exploration and Study Coach
Techniques, on a one-to-one basis we explore career options
that match students' interests and natural strengths as well
as setting up a study plan that is tailored to individual
student personalities, styles and preferences
