to having a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right
for you and a plan for how to create it. We offer career coaching
right across the spectrum, from first time job applicants
to people facing retirement or redundancy, from junior positions
to very senior management positions, from people who have
been in the one career all of their lives to those with multiple
past or current careers. We specialise in CV preparation and
interview skills and we are qualified practitioners in psychometric
testing.

We
use various exercises and tools to help clients get in touch
with their own unique strengths and abilities. We also clarify
core values for our clients and help them to ensure that these
values will be honored in the prospective jobs or careers that
they are pursuing. We then ensure that the CV adequately and
accurately reflects their knowledge, skills and special abilities.
We discuss options on how to best prepare for the interview
by way of research, mental and physical preparation and how
to present oneself in an interview. We conduct mock interviews
to ensure that candidates are properly prepared and we offer
telephone support on the day of the interview. Our focus during
the entire process is to ensure that the CV as presented does
the client justice without making any false claims. Our clients
are confident in their CVs and these CVs present questions for
the interviewer that will allow our clients to shine rather
than shiver in the interview. The key factors are a well presented
CV and a well prepared, confident interviewee. |
